Terms

1. What you are getting
The applications offered on this site are free to download and free to use, in full, for as long as you like, at home or at work. No payment, licence key, registration or account is required. There is no trial period and no feature withheld from the free download.
2. Licence
Each application states its own licence on its page. Where an app's source code is released under an open-source licence (Boncuk, for instance, is MIT), that licence governs the code and its text travels with the download. Artwork, icons and names are not covered by those code licences and remain ours unless the app says otherwise.
You may redistribute an unmodified download and point other people at it. Please do not repackage an app with additional software, an installer wrapper or advertising bundled into it, and do not present a modified build as the official one.
3. No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You run it on your own machine at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any claim, damages, data loss or other liability arising from the software or its use. Where local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights are unaffected by this paragraph.
4. No third-party software is redistributed here
Everything downloadable from this site is software written by us. We do not host, mirror, crack, patch, re-license or otherwise redistribute anybody else's commercial application, and we do not provide licence keys, activators or workarounds for paid software. Requests of that kind are declined.
5. Availability
This is a small independent site. Downloads, versions and pages may change or be withdrawn without notice, and nothing here is offered with a service-level guarantee. Because the apps run locally and need no server, a version you already have keeps working regardless.
6. Operating system warnings
Apps distributed outside the Mac App Store, and Windows installers without an established download reputation, trigger a confirmation prompt from the operating system. Each app page explains the prompt and how to proceed. Following those steps is your decision; we describe what the prompt means and we do not ask you to disable any security feature of your system.
